Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order item with a 35% discount and an anticipated shipping date of August 2025, you are reserving a product not yet in inventory. You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it is fulfilled for a full refund. Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our returns policy.
